Shipping:  There is no additional charge for shipping within the United States. Your order will be sent via USPS Priority mail, and should reach you within 2-3 business days.
 
Tiny Safari is a small business operated by a work-at-home mom. All items on the web-site should be in stock and ready to ship. However, it is possible an item may not be on hand.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We will let you know if a delay is expected, and you may cancel the order and be refunded your payment through PayPal.
   
Payment:  Orders and payments are taken via PayPal. You can use Add To Cart buttons to add specific items to a PayPal cart. You do not need an existing Paypal account. You can set up a PayPal account during the checkout by providing your bank account or credit card details.
 
Tiny Safari never sees your bank account or credit card numbers.  PayPal only sends us your payment amount and shipping address.
You can be confident that your account details are secure!
 
Returns:  You may exchange your purchase in its original packaging within 14 days.  If you need help using your sling or other items, please let us know:

Caution:  Please inspect your sling for wear and tear on a regular basis.  Do not use your sling in dangerous situations, such as while cooking over a heat source or using a knife.  Take into account the extra size your baby adds to you when passing through doorways, so you don't knock your bundle.

Tiny Safari will respond by e-mail, and a payment request will be e-mailed to you from Paypal.  For non-standard orders please expect 3 to 5 days for processing before we ship.
